Steph offers deep listening, support, and creative problem solving to clients who wish to engage all aspects of themselves in their healing process. Using creative tools such as writing, drawing, guided imagery, breathing, t’ai chi chih moving meditation, reiki, and deep listening she helps clients relax, manage stress, create support systems, solve problems, and build self-acceptance and empowerment.
